“Large employer in San Diego”
Objective:
Move 5 buildings of employees and consolidate in one building in multiple phases due to construction of new modular furniture. In addition, this client was on a tight budget and could not have any downtime for any employees.
Challenges:
Tight budget, construction delays, employee resistance to move.
Resolve:
Created a phased relocation approach which involved moving employees contents and computers either before 8am or in the evening when the employees were not present. In addition, a pre-move training regimen and custom move literature was created for all employees to insure everyone was informed and ready to move.

Working closely with this client we listened to their needs and created specific protocols for all employees so they were ready. The reality for any relocation is the more you plan and train your employees for a move the more seamless it will be.
